Verify^* your account

To use our website, you'll need to get yourself a login key. Don't worry, you only need to do this once and it's not too much of a hassle. To gain your login key, please login to the WarwickSport website and visit the Five a Side Football Club page. You will then be presented with an option to generate a key. Do this, and Copy and Paste it into the box below.

You'll then need to choose a password. This will be the password you use to login in to uw5.co.uk in the future. Please remember it, the only way to reset it in the future will be to use your Login Key. You need to type your new password twice to make sure you didn't miss type it.
